Benefits can also be seen by increasing energy levels, sharper mind, supporting the immune system, reducing the risks or acute illness or creating quicker recovery times.

Tips for eating better:

  • Reduce salt intake
  • Increase your fiber
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Eat vegetables often
  • Steer away from refined carbohydrates
  • Eat at home more frequently, rather than eating out
